Anyhow, during this break I started to finally create my own clothes; this is something that I have been wanting to do for ages, for over a year to be precise. Only I kept getting frustrated at my own complete lack of skill so I would give it up time and time again. Now though, after a over a year of Photoshop tutorials, clothing tutorials, sculptie tutorials, pulling my hair, hating the whole process and and the same time loving it all, I have finally come to a point where I can actually produce something I would wear myself. Phew!!

It’s another gorgeous and slinky little casual dress from Emery, of the kind I like so much. This time I wore it on it’s own, and accessorised with chunky sandals (another love of mine), and studs in my belt and cuffs. In addition, I’ve got a rosary around my neck that falls seductively between the breasts and a pair of cool aviator sunglasses on my head.

It’s a simple combination with the green tunic — which has a very flattering neckline in my opinion — and and the white leggings; so very easy. I accessorised with a pair of super cute sandals and a straw bag, and then added the chunky hoops and matching bangles to finish it all off.

Isn’t it just fabulous! I was positively squealing when I got it on — the asymmetry, the prim sashes and the glitter — love it all! With so much going on with dress, there was no need for lots of accessories; I went with gold bangles and brown stilettos.

I felt for a fresh faced look today and went with this sporty-chic outfit. To start, we have the luscious turquoise sweater combined with a white shirt underneath — I particularly like the quarter-length sleeves here, which underscore the casual and comfy feel; as if you just rolled up your sleeves. Next, is the flirty little mini-skirt in white that has funky skulls in the pattern to balance out the preppyness just a little. My shoes are basic white wedges to kind of resemble white tennis shoes, but without giving up on the heel.

My accessories are all in white with bangles, a bag and a pair of sunglasses perched on my head. To finish, we have this chic and well-coiffed ponytail.

This was a look I put together for a cosy concert with the talented Natalie Moody in a pub-like cellar location the other night. I wanted comfort, style and some sexy, and this semi sheer sweater was the perfect place to start from. Although sheer, you could wear it on its own without revealing too much, but I still preferred to add this gold bikini top underneath for a little bit of glam (the bikini top is a “vintage” Last Call item so its no longer available, however, any golden or black delicate bra or bikini top will do too). Next I put on these funky black pants with the large print texture to make things a little more interesting — I felt plain black pants would have been fine, but maybe a little boring. I opted for stiletto sandals in black, which I then matched with the thick hair band, the clutch and the bangles.

Large hoops and a delicate golden necklace finish off my look.

What can I say; the designers at Armidi are putting out some seriously good stuff, just look at the texturing of all their items; simply beautiful. My only complaint is that they’re not releasing enough new stuff — with all that design talent in-house I would expect to see weekly releases at least. Maybe I’m just greedy…

I slipped on a pair of white skinny pants and a white Tee, then I added the waistcoat and the ankle boots to match. Some funky jewellery and wristbands finish off the look — easy peasy!

I like how this hair provides a moody attitude to the look.
