This last Thursday I saw the fashion show put together by Digit Darke (of ex-X3D) and Bianca Foulon (of Bianca F) and I have to say I was very pleased with what I saw. The theme was PunkyRomantik and the designs were both colourful and powerful. These are clothes for the strong and confident girl — your are guaranteed to make a fashion statement wearing this line.

After the show I was invited to pick out my favourite outfit and my choice fell on this fabulous piece. If you’ve read this blog before, you’ll know that I love unusual and original dresses and this one fits the bill perfectly. The colour combinations, the gorgeous yellow tie and the asymmetrical hemline all come together beautifully. The shoes are also original in their design in the form of a little bootie/pump combo with silver details.

I’ve been a fan of Digit Darke since discovering X3D way back in my noob-days and I’m really happy to see that she is still delivering the goods. I can’t wait to see what else will be coming out of her design studio for this Autumn/Winter.

It’s Friday and party time! Here is a red hot, rock-chic look to get you going.

The super sexy, red little number does everything for this look — I opted for metallic leggings underneath, but if you want to crank up the sexy; leave them off. Take a look at my slingbacks, aren’t they fabulous! I found this little shop full of gorgeous sculptie shoes completely by accident. I haven’t done a Versatility post for ages (i.e. where I put together different looks from the same base piece). Today I’ve used the Shift dress as the base (from Last Call’s Ginny outfit), because a shift dress is an excellent basic that any style conscious Av should have in her inventory. It’s the perfect blank canvas for any look — here I offer up 4 variations for your perusal.

#1. I started with the DIVA

It’s a look for some serious partying in the trendiest of nightclubs, she is dripping in diamonds but she still has an edge. The black boa does almost all the work here, I only added sheer tights, black studded pumps and a clutch. I then went with a platinum spiky updo and smoky eyes for that edge.

Time for dancing the night away!

I got the sexy sequinned body suit from the recent sales at X3D (before the re-build) and I have been waiting to wear it since. The bodysuit includes the tube top and booty shorts, and at first I was going to wear it on its own. However, my inner shy girl protested and insisted I cover up some more, so I added just the prim from a black bubble skirt. I continued with black opaque tights and black stockings, again in solid colours to cover up some more — if you’re feeling hoochie you could go for sheer tights and stockings… up to you! I finished off with knee-high boots and long gloves.

Sexy blond tresses were called for here… Eyes are also sexy and smoky.

I’ve been wanting to wear the silver version of my favorite boots for the season, but I had struggled to find the right look for them. Until I remembered this gorgeous dress that I just love….

This is another one of those dresses I keep coming back too, I love the colour, the cut and the sparkle! Just look at the super sexy side of the dress with the peak-a-boo view of the breast. I actually already blogged it back in my early days (please forgive me the horrible quality of the pics!) but I think it’s worth another mention — especially since it goes so perfectly with the boots!

This hair is most definitely my recent favourite, I want to wear it all the time! I kept my accessories to a minimum (with all that silver and sparkle going on) with just a watch and a ring.

A dear reader, Priceless Jewell, IM:ed me in-world and asked for a “sexy glam look for a huge party”. How could I resist such a tempting request! Now, I’m not exactly sure what the general dress code for this party is, but I assumed something different and eye-catching would be called for.

The look has something of a naughty ballerina over it. The cut of the dress is delightfully girlie with the tutu-like skirt, but the mini length and the gorgeous gold lamé texture gives it enough glam and sexiness to make you ooze! This one should make you the center of attention.

The funky striped stockings are wonderful and a little unexpected, and they make your legs really pop as you walk. The shoes are also covered in gold lamé and are the perfect partner for this dress. A dress like this does not need a lot of accessories; I only added a delicate necklace, some bangles and a little clutch.

I chose longer hair that would cover up the shoulders just a little bit, and smoky make-up.

I was long overdue a healthy dose of some serious glam.

Lucky for me I had this beauty of a dress sitting in my “Brand New” folder (Brand New as in recently purchased and never worn, and not as in New Release), and putting it on immediately satisfied my glam craving. I added a gold necklace with a diamond heart that rests at the perfect height between the breasts, then I continued with some gold cuffs and golden sandals — oh, and my crossfire ring, of course!

The hair is glossy and sexy, the way I love it. The make-up is the Grass version of the MM skins… I would really love some new make-up options really soon!

If you’ve been reading this blog, chances are you have realised I have a thing about gold…..

So how could I possibly resist these glorious gold metallic pants? They are so sexy that I wanted them for a club night look. I added a purple glitter bikini top (which these pics really don’t show the best of) covered by a see-through shirt. If you are more adventurous than me, you could skip the shirt for a super-duper sexy look. I also indulged in more gold in the form of sexy double necklaces, bracelets and strappy heels.

The hair is also golden and sexy (what else?) and the make-up is heavy on the eyes with blushed cheeks and pale lips.

I’ve been craving voluminous pieces in SL for a long time now and I’m happy to say I’m starting to see really good such creations lately. Here is one gorgeous dress with a slightly unusual cut.

It’s almost a tulip-cut, which has been seen on RL catwalks for a while now, or at least when I added the skirt prim from another dress as a petticoat underneath, it gives the impression of a tulip-cut, especially as you move around. Not only that, the back is fabulously glam with a big prim bow asymmetrically placed on one shoulder blade. With all this loveliness already baked into the dress, I stayed monochrome and minimal with the accessories, only adding long and dangling silver earrings and black and white shoes with a cute little bow on the toe.

This hair feels fun and slightly 70′s and Goldie Hawn to me, and I like how it gives soft cuteness to the look. I went for lush lips as I’m so low on jewelry.

It’s Saturday night and this girl is in seduction mode.

This white slip dress is somewhere between a negligee and a dress; evoking just the right kind of naughty thoughts.
To avoid the “out in my nightie” look, I added glamorous and expensive looking platinum and diamond jewelry and a clutch bag.

The hair is glossy and luxurious, but with that sexy just-out-of-bed look. The make-up is glittery with pink and inviting lips.
