Today we celebrate midsummer’s eve in Sweden and it’s a wonderfully romantic evening with midnight sun, flowers and fields and whimsical dancing around a may pole. Or…. really it’s an evening of herring with new potatoes and lots and lots of vodka snaps, and I’m talking LOTS OF SNAPS.
