I’m definitely on a yellow streak, everything I end up wearing lately is yellow.  Today I was trying for a dress-over-pants look in a single solid colour. This dress, with flexi prims just covering the crotch and butt, was perfect for the occasion as I was after a really slim silhouette where a full skirt would be too big.  The dress is actually very sexy with a plunging neckline, so I added a yellow sweater under it to provide some cover for this day-time look.  I was lucky to find yellow leggings that I could tint just a little to match the dress perfectly.  I then finished with a black little leather jacket, black shoes and a large black bag.  What looks like a gorgeous, chunky gold necklace is actually the trim of the dress, which of course works perfectly here.

I’ve been quietly styling and learning how to use shadows in pics. My old iMac is finally able to do shadows! I’ve been posting my looks on Flickr, but I thought I might as well post them here too.

This look was born around the gorgeous, fringed Emi boots from Baiastice.  I paired them with my own Leather Dress (shameless self-promo) as a neutral base, and then added a big scarf and belt to make things a little more interesting. The wild hair from Truth was just perfect for the look; and I love the hair so much, the movement of it is delish! I finished with a cool bag and shades.
