Did You Know?
I met up with my Japanese friend Okarina the other day, and she was wearing this super funky training jacket that I just had to have. She dropped the LM on me and I promptly left it stewing in my Inventory. Until today… When I landed in Bijou I thought it was a joke! How come I didn’t know about his place before??! Ok, I know that for a fashionista, my finger isn’t exactly on the fashion pulse on all things new (I rely on Sofia for that) but surely even I would have noticed something as gorgeous as this?!

The fact is, I wanted to buy everything in there (even the freebies were excellent) and I did spend a healthy amount of Lindens. However, I couldn’t resist choosing to blog this fabulous mink coat as a follow up to my Baiastice post a few days ago. It has the same uber-fashion feel to it, that requires a huge dollop of attitude to pull off, but is oh-so-much-fun! I accessorised with huge sunglasses and knee-high boots.
Although I love the mink coat — it makes me feel like a super rich bitch — it’s not really representative of the rest of the collection; just go there and have a look — you’re gonna find something you like.
Now back to my initial question; surely somebody already blogged this somewhere? Let me know if you know.

You’re quite right that Bijou is a jewel of a discovery. I love that coat and have been trying to decide if i should get it, but it looks absolutely fabulous on you! Although there hasn’t been a whole lot I’ve seen on the fashion feeds, I know of two mentions personally praising Bijou for being a slick, sexy, new boutique on the grid. Miabella Foxley, head of Imagen Divine Agency [IDA], blogged about it back in December.

Oh I love Bijou, I don’t have that coat (purty!) but lots of other cute things. Sofia mentioned their tights during her visit here, I think. I’ve seen them come up frequently on the freebie blogs for their generous offerings. Though don’t think I’ve actually looked through the freebies I have grabbed them all. The Brick Street outfit/jacket also seemed to hit a handful of blogs, back in December.
That reminds me to go back and check it out again, I was last there the day I picked up the tights from here.

i have that coat (the fatpack) OMG i <3 it! there so yummy! Personaly the blacks my fav which i mixed up with come coloured gloves and more often than not a tiny bowler hat.
They do great tights too…

I did an inventory search for “bijou” and it seems I actually tp’ed there, grabbed the freebies and never got to actually checking them – shame on me! now that explains the insane size of my inventory!!
