Creamy
Today I’ve indulged in my beloved creamy golds and gone for this understated and elegant look.
We have a beautiful golden halter neck top with which I paired this super trendy corset belt. In order to dress down both these special pieces, I added a transparent white blouse to cover the arms and the back, and then opted for tan trousers (as opposed to a skirt) to make the look really versatile (it will take you from daytime to night-time without modification). I kept the rest of the accessories in theme with the colour scheme; stack heels in tan, white pearls and golden chains, and finally a chic little clutch.

You know, I’ve hesitated to buy that halter top because of the odd “poof” in the front of it, which (at least in the store’s display photo) looked rather awkward to me. But from the way you put this outfit together, it almost looks like that “poof” is a separate attachment, perhaps?

Stacia – Yes, the poof is made up of an additional Shirt layer to be worn under the Jacket layer, if you so wish. I actually like the poof effect and was planning an outfit for later in the week using it. Look out for it and tell me if you like it.
