SLebrity!
Hi everyone! I have a really horrible habit of babbling, so I’m going to try to keep this short and sweet. I am really excited and truly flattered that Milla has asked me to fill in for her in the blog while she is away on holiday and I hope I can manage to bring you all your daily dose of fashion without getting too boring! I dont imagine that I’ll be able to quite fill Milla’s shoes, but I’ll try to at least bring you all some of my own flavor in the meantime.
Annnyway, the idea of being published in the Fashion Planet feed has totally given me a case of SLebrity Syndome, and therefor I have decided that today’s outfit would be inspired by that; a perfect introduction – something simple and classy that’s appropriate for any of those SLebrity events you may be attending:
I’ve started out with this absolutely gorgeous dress by Miriel Enfield that actually was a freebie (even better!) before it was available in her store; the Echo dress. For me, color is always a huge deciding factor when I’m going to purchase something, and very typical to Miriel’s style the Echo dress has this beautiful fade where the colors blend ever so delicately to combine two colors which compliment each other very well. As is obvious with a dress like this, very little accessory is actually needed, but I wanted to add something to spice it up without making it too over-the-top, so I’ve accessorized with pieces from Caliah Lyon’s recent Kailena set; which I actually feel give it a bit more of a casual feel. Finished off with a pair of metallic gold pumps to match and a unique up-do to show off at least a little skin at the shoulders, the whole look was complete with little to no fuss at all; just how I like it!
*Product details (and maybe some more babbling) and credits below the cut*
Hair: ETD Loraine – Black
Skin: (CS) Vogue Skin – Bronzed (Fall – 3)

Shoes: *G*L*A*M* Metallic Pumps – Gold
Jewelry: ~Muse~ Kailena (Ivory/Bone)
I typically have such a huge problem with dresses like this because I find that unless you plan on going to the party and standing completely still, the prim glitches look so weird. However, there is a price that needs to be payed for looking great in the name of fashion, as opposed to real life where you have to suffer the consequences of those stunning heels you really wanted to wear, in Second Life you may have to decide to be the “statuesque” beauty at the party – quite literally. For a dress like this that’s a sacrafice I’m willing to make, however.
Thanks for reading this far! I’m still trying to find my way around WordPress and trying to create a format that fits my style without being much of a departure from what Milla typically did in the blog, as you can see. I have a horrible habit of going on and on like an old yenta, and so with that being said - any feedback you may have is welcome, and if you have any questions or critiques and you don’t feel comfortable posting them in the comments section of the blog, feel free to contact me any time in world or you can send me an e-mail at sofia.gray at hotmail dot com.
Till next outfit! <3
