Business as Usual
Wednesday, December 26th, 2007The holiday is over (but New Years is just around the corner!), and for many people that means it’s time to return to work. I know it’s nothing we enjoy people, but it’s a fact of life – especially if you want to buy those Lindens and be fabulous in Second Life. Today’s outfit is a dedication to all those who are going to be enjoying the pleasures of rush hour traffic today in order to sit at their office desk and wonder why they aren’t working off yesterday’s meal:
I know that Milla has mixed and match almost every outfit that she’s ever worn on this blog – and I’ve tried to do that thus far; but sometimes things are just not meant to be tampered with because they are just too perfect the way they are. Besides, who is fussing with mixing and matching the day after Christmas anyway? I’m not – I’m probably still suffering from a mild case of food coma.
I started this outfit off … with the whole outfit. Actually a men’s outfit, but it works so well for women and it’s actually one of my favorite pieces from any of the Paper Couture lines - I couldn’t resist. Besides, nothing screams “I’m a boss” like a sexy pant suit in the office. To give the look a bit of a feminine touch I’ve added a gold chain necklace with over-sized beads and Paper Couture’s famous Bumble Bee Ring. I seem to be stuck on red, perhaps a sentiment left over from the holiday – but I’ve also opted for sexy red lips and matching nails. Finally, I’ve accessorized with a very simple pair of thick framed black glasses ala Prada; which have been hugely popular for the past few years and provide a just-right level of sophistication.
