Thursday, September 27th, 2007Here is a dress that’ll pick you up when feeling a little down. It’s funky, fun, and the opposite of boring — a real splash!
I’m a professed minidress lover and this one most definitely makes my grade. The prim skirt is great and has been blended into the texture beautifully. I went for the (obvious) retro look with white boots, a matching opal necklace, white hoops, and the wide hairband.
